We will never sell your data to third parties.

When we use your email address to send you other communications about the Foundation we do so because you have told us that you would like to receive these communications. We may use third party email systems that are GDPR compliant, such as MailChimp, to do this.

Our legal grounds in relation to this processing is your consent and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time .

How long we retain your data

  • Information held on your record (including contact details, enquiries): 6 years from the end of our financial year.
  • Email address and password for associate accounts: held for as long as the account exists.
  • Photographs/video footage: permanently unless you ask us to delete your information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left other information, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
