Who we Are
Helen Campbell Homeopathy Foundation SCIO is an Edinburgh-based charity. Its primary objective is to unite the homeopathic community with educational events and discussion groups.
About the Founder
Helen Campbell was born in Edinburgh. She spent much of her childhood in the city, coupled with some time spent in the Scottish Borders. Following her initial career in Accountancy and Ten years with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. Helen was also a Director of West Lothian Chamber of Commerce, and later became a Director of the Society of Homeopaths – a tenure which lasted six years.
Helen was conscious of a lack of orthodox science in her background and completed two Open University Science degrees to rectify this. She studied further with leading homeopaths Jeremy Scherr, David Lilley and Rajan Sankaran.
Helen has since retired from clinical practice, her main focus is to increase awareness of homeopathic practice for the greater benefit of the entire community.
A Message from Helen Campbell
A brief introduction to Helen Campbell Homeopathy Foundation SCIO and the benefits of becoming an associate.
Helen describes her interest in health from a young age and plots the journey to her current work creating the Foundation as a resource for everyone with an interest in homeopathy who wants to improve their health.
The Foundation is creating an invaluable space to learn about homeopathic remedies for people, animals and plants and the symptoms they can treat
Beliefs and Approach
Helen is not only a scholar in the field. She turned to homeopathic approaches when her own daughters required alternatives to medicine. The results further instilled Helen’s belief in the benefits of homeopathy, particularly in relation to people, animals and plants.
Helen has also learned how mental and emotional symptoms can interweave with the physical.
She would welcome a more rounded approach to prescriptions, mental health and family health within the current medical system.
